Strengthening of processes of integration by ways of mergers and acquisitions characterizes today’s corporate world. Holding companies as a product of the abovementioned processes appear everywhere in the world, and Ukraine is not an exception. European Commission has clearly stated its attitude to holding companies, having issued a whole range of laws regulating activities of such companies.
